L&M Academy is a family-owned emergency medical training academy proudly serving Northern BC and the Peace Region. Built on a passion for emergency medicine, education, and community, our goal is to provide hands-on training that prepares students for the realities of emergency response and frontline healthcare.

Led by Advanced Care Paramedic Melissa Pradolini, our team brings decades of combined experience in emergency medicine, patient care, and instruction into every course we deliver. After spending more than 15 years working on the frontlines of emergency medical services and over 10 years educating future responders, Melissa remains passionate about helping students build the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to succeed in the profession.

Because we live and work in the communities we serve, we understand the unique challenges of rural, remote, and industrial emergency care. Our programs are built around practical learning, real-world scenarios, and meaningful mentorship that reflects the realities of the field.

Beyond student education, L&M Academy is committed to supporting the future of the profession through instructor development and mentorship opportunities for experienced paramedics and healthcare professionals interested in sharing their knowledge and advancing into medical education.
